General:

  • There is a $1 handling fee when the parts equal less than $1. This is to make up for fees and package material in order for me to offer low cost shipping.
  • Colors – We do our best with the color identification. If you think you received the wrong color part, please contact us and we’ll make it right. Lego has made MANY changes over the years to their plastic formulas.   • Brittle Parts *WARNING* Some Lego colors become brittle over time, and have a tendency to crack or break. We can not be held responsible for Lego’s production standards. Colors to be aware of: Brown, Dark Brown, Reddish Brown, Blue, Dark Red.   
  • Stickers - Not all sticker placements are created equally. Do not expect perfect placement on used parts, particularly bad placements will be noted on the listed. 
  • Insufficient Stock : We strive to maintain an accurate inventory and to completely fill all orders. We reserve the right to issue either a credit or a partial refund in rare cases where we have insufficient inventory to completely fill an order.
  • Condition terms:
    • New: These parts will be from a new set. This does not meant the parts are perfect. Some blemishes may occur during shipping. New Minifigures come assembled. New capes/clothes are typically removed from the original box.
    • Used: All used parts are washes and inspected prior to being listed. Condition pictures available on request. If we wouldn’t want to receive the piece in an order, we don’t sell it. No original packaging is included with used parts.
  • Part Variations – We do our very best to properly identify and list each part. If you are looking for a specific variation, please reach out to ensure we have that stock available.

Payment:

  • We only accept PayPal for buyers and sellers protection alike.
  • Once payment is received, your order will be shipped within 48 hours.
  • Invoices require additional processing time.

Returns:

  • Buyers are allowed to submit items for return. Buyer pays return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
  • All refunds must be arranged via Bricklink messaging.
  • Orders can be canceled as long as I have not pulled the parts.
  • Paypal fee is not refunded for canceled orders.

Shipping:

  • All shipments will shipped to your PayPal address for fraud purposes. Review you Palpal address to ensure that is where you want your order sent.
  • Shipping only to the US and Canada at this time.
  • We are committed to shipping in an economical way that protects your new purchase. Please let us know of any specific packing requests in the comments section of the order.
